Refund item not working

Hello, i have bought this cosmetic item in 2 characters less than 5 days ago, and it has a really weird bug, whenever my character dies, the cosmetic just stop working and in order to make it work again i need to remove it and equip it again, and this is really annoying. i'd like to get refund for this 2 items pls
