Pantheon's blessings bug

Hello!

So, yesterday I got a Golganneth's vitality. The trinket dropped in ABT normal raid.

The item has a 940 ilvl, originally. I had three Pantheon's blessings items due to finishing two raids before and this third raid gave me the third one.

I bought four more Pantheon's blessings and that should bring the trinkets item level to 975 along with three I earlier had, 7 ilvls = 35 so 940+35 = 975.

I used the Pantheon's blessings and went to bed, my total gear item level was 965. I woke up this morning, logged in and now, all of a sudden, the Golganneth's Vitality trinket is level 960 and my total gear item level went back to 963.

This happened on my rogue character Farban, x5 legion server. You can check the donation history along with (presumably) amounts of Pantheons blessing used and my trinkets current level.

Is there a way to solve this? Feels like I wasted money on Pantheons blessing and item level rolled back from some unexplicable reason.

Third one was received yesterday, first one was received 14th (i think could be 13th as well, i 100% know it was a weekend) and second one was received subsequent week after reset, most likely 18th or 19th.
I downloaded the latest version of launcher (the 10th june release) prior to raid because I had huge lag spikes and disconnect issues, Kisluk advised me to re-download the launcher and I did. I dont know if it is different launcher versions that are in conflict with eachother because i had a different launcher when i acquired them and the latest when i actually used them.
