Tokens spent but gem socket service was not applied.

Hello, could you please help me?

I used a Colorless Socket (nido incoloro) to add a gem slot to my character's headpiece. The tokens were deducted from my account, but the benefit was not applied and the slot does not appear. I have previously done this for my entire gear set without any issues, but it failed this time.

Could you please help me either by refunding the tokens or by manually adding the socket to the item?

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that I purchased both the Leech enchantment and the socket for this item.

As you can observe from my character's gear, all my other items—including the neck, belt, gloves, rings, shoulders, and chest—have both the enchantment and the socket applied correctly. In the specific case of the headpiece, the Leech enchantment was applied, but the socket is missing.

It is important to note that when I purchased the socket, a yellow system message appeared stating that the tokens had not been deducted; however, they were indeed taken from my balance.

If it helps, I can provide a detailed breakdown of the total credits I purchased for my gear, services, and transmogrifications versus my current balance to prove the transaction.

If the system says the tokens weren't withdrawn, that's true. The log also shows no tokens withdrawn. Most likely, you miscalculated something. You can describe your purchases and I will tell you where the mistake is.
