While I was organizing a raid group, this player requested an invitation. After I declined to invite them, they immediately became hostile and began insulting me. I submitted an in-game report directly through the chat interface at that moment; however, because the chat scrolled quickly, I was unable to capture screenshots of every abusive message. When I informed the player that they would be reported on the forums for their behavior, they simply mocked and ridiculed the warning, showing clear disregard for the server rules regarding player harassment.

However, I feel it is essential to provide the full context of what transpired, as the screenshot provided by the other party shows only a highly selective fraction of the interaction—specifically, the part where I lost my temper.

The incident began when the Russian player in question insulted me without provocation during our dungeon run. Unfortunately, this is an issue I have encountered repeatedly. It feels as though almost every interaction or comment I make in-game is met with toxic Russian insults. Everyone has a limit, and after facing constant hostility, I reached mine. I did not initiate the conflict—I never start insulting people without a reason—but I responded aggressively out of sheer frustration with this ongoing pattern of behavior.

Because the screenshot submitted against me was carefully cropped to hide the other player's initial insults and provocative remarks, it paints a completely one-sided picture. It presents my reaction as an unprovoked attack, which is simply not the truth.

I kindly request that a moderator or staff member conduct a detailed review of this incident by checking the complete server chat logs for the entire duration of that dungeon run. Inspecting the full dialogue will reveal the severe provocation and insults directed at me prior to my outburst.

If, after reviewing the entire conversation, it is deemed that I am genuinely at fault, I am ready to face the consequences as a lesson learned. However, if that is not the case, I respectfully believe that this ban is unnecessary and unjustified under the circumstances.

I am writing in response to the rejection of my appeal. I find it deeply troubling and disappointing that my request for a full, unbiased review of the complete chat logs was dismissed in favor of a selective screenshot.

By refusing to examine the full context—where I was subjected to repeated, unprovoked insults simply for communicating—it strongly appears that your moderation practices are biased. Protecting players who initiate toxic insults while penalizing those who react after being pushed past their limits raises serious concerns. It feels as though there is a clear double standard at play, where toxicity from certain players is tolerated or ignored, while foreign players face strict penalties without any consideration of the provocation involved.

Is this the kind of environment you intend to foster? True fairness and accountability require looking at the actions of all involved parties, not upholding a penalty based on partial evidence. Silencing one side while ignoring the underlying cause is not moderation; it is selective enforcement.

I will not drop this matter quietly when it is handled in such an unjust and one-sided manner. I insist on receiving a genuine, impartial review of the entire incident, and I will continue to push for fair treatment and transparency until this issue is addressed appropriately.

As I’ve already replied above, having looked through the logs, I’ve only noticed that this player did not say or do anything negative towards you, whereas on your part, the situation is completely different.
