Hello, idk what im suppose to write but the in game GM insist to write a thread here. Im hoping its the right place since my RU isnt that good(sorry about that).
I havnt log in some time in uwow server legionX100, after i loged i noticed all my chars was in dala near mailboxes and one of my toons is in TolBarad and ive got no gold left even for repairs.
After that i changed my PSW. Idk what more info i should post here but in the IP track of cp.uwow.biz dosnt appears to have a different IP loged in the game than mine own.( thous Ips are all mine) I havnt instaled any new addons mid time.
the gold you are seening is from seling junk so i have some gold
The funny part is, the server is x100 and ive got like 600k gold in total witch is famable for 2-3 days top

Hello. We do not restore gold or items obtained through professions. The only thing that can be restored is a donation, through the donation section. You are solely responsible for your character and for anyone who has access to it.

Hello, im clear of that! As i said the ingame GM insisted to make the thread.
There are few more sercurity issues with the server and the web site!
1. After i changed my psw i still can log in the website with the old one same as the new one ! But ingame i can log only with the new one !
2. Two way author simply dosnt work.... i tryed to log into the game with dif device from dif network and it let me in without any hesatation! The new IP is not shown in the website so i can't block it ..... just from curiosity и tryed to block my IP acsess , confurming it from my email and i still stayed online and can reconect!
3.I know how to take care of my security and it will be even better if the server can too.

You are responsible for the security of your account yourself. Also, you should not be kicked from the game when your IP is remembered; it only blocks login attempts from a different IP.
Check your spam folder. Password changes are working — I changed my password without any problems.

If IP 1 is detected, the lock is enabled, and anyone connecting from an IP other than IP 1 will not be able to log into the account until the lock is removed. It does not kick characters from the game and it is not supposed to.
Try changing your account details — it works. Set a strong password and don’t reuse it anywhere else.
Two-factor authentication will be implemented later. As for the two passwords, if you’re the only one who can log in after changing them, that sounds almost like a fantasy.
