Dungeons queue is not working properly

I am new to this server. I noticed in Legion x100 server, when i queue for dungeons it always shows 1 damage and doesn't start dungeon at all

Hello. You are wrong, access is given in sequence. DD is harder to hit due to the fact that there are more of them in the reg.
