Hello i have bought some coins and by mistake i bought the wrong transmog items is there any possible way to refound i havent seen one of them is fist weapon and the other one handed , i was just excited

I know but when i selected the custom idem shop up in the corner i selected furry items and i tought all of the items there were 2 handed swords.. same with the glaive i thought i can transmog it but i cant..

I was checking like this and i tought i was able to do the transmog i didnt read that those were one handed or fist weapon since i put the mark on arms up in the corner..

And first time i was able to equip thunderfurry as transmog on my furry relics then i bought another ones and changed the gender and the name after , now i bought again a name change thinking it was because of that changing the name back to Nctk but i still cannot trasmog it so i tought they would work all the same

Which items exactly you can't transmog? There is a special transmogrification NPC for custom items, that allows transmog, if that is the case

somehow now i was able to put he trasmog at the npc untill now i wasnt able to put the transmog on both taes and furry, on the npc for the custom ones , and yesteday on the evening everything worked fine, but still cant use the glaive as transmog

Can you give me the screenshot of the glaive you are talking about and the screenshot of the item you are trying to put transmog on. Also please describe exactly what you do to put transmog.

We will wait for my collegue Legion donation admin, maybe she will able to give us some advice

thats why i have did the refound request i wanst able to put it on the custom npc, and now everything is fine

this is the glaive , both thunder furry and taeshalach and this is the npc that i was trying to put taeshalach and furry , and was saying soemthig is wrong , after a while it did let me to use the custom items
