Hello i bought wrong item ingame, instead of buying faction change i bought race change, i have the tokens to make the swap but idk if that's possible, the character name is nagazako, time 1:03am svt.

I think there's an issue, i got my bonuses refunded, but the race change didn't go away from my account, i didn't use the race change, i entered and bought faction change this time, when i logged off the icon of race change was still there, i can only do race change now, idk if that's a bug, but i payed the 500 for faction change and on my characters list interface i can't race change i didn't redeem or use the race change thing. character nagazako time 12:10 svt.
