Transmogrification Gear from Donate Vendor

i recently bought two pieces of Hellfire Citadel Cloth from your Donate Vendor to transmog on my character but they never show up in my Collection in game. Also the Transmogrification Vendor you guys put up doesn't work for them either. Would like to get my tokens back then, thank you!
